I think the main problem is that you have a Intel integrated card.
Probably better for you to buy a cheap Windows laptop like I did for 500 USD.

I actually don't want to buy a second laptop or spend much money to play NTW. Also because i'm not really a PC gamer, so putting much money into it isn't worth it for me. I always use(d) my ps3 for games.
Maybe anyone else has some knowledge/experience with it? I thought that maybe it will be able to run the game when l lower the resolution. I find it to much of a risk when I just buy it and try it out.

I've got a 500€ (600 US dollars or so) March-2013-new-Windows-laptop, and NTW at almost top resolution is quite burdensome for the hardware. The PC heats quickly and sometimes it shutdowns and the game crashes. I've played the game for almost a year before that with low resolution on an older (4 years) PC without problems.
So: yes, if you play at low resolution (no gunpowder smoke, no bodies on the ground, less detail in the tactical map) I think you can go with it.
But I prefer to play at medium/high resolution and risk occasional crashes.
    A matter of tastes.

Thank you that's useful for me. Does your laptop also not meet the game requirements?

The minimum requirements yes, it meets.
But this is a game with a large span between minimum and maximum, both in resolution and requirements.
    Or so I see it.
I must admit I'm no computer expert either..

Funnily enough, I bought a Windows laptop for about the same price at the same time. It also heats up quickly when playing Napoleon. You didn't buy an Acer did you?

    Err.. No: it's an HP.
Good to keep warm a sandwich, during the game.
A bit like a home-made battlefield campfire, hopefully without the burning smell!
