Computer Diplomacy is an old strategy game, developed by Avalon Hill and released by Avalon Hill in 1984. Computer Diplomacy is currently abandonware and runs on DOS. Actually download the latest DOSBox and then DOSBlaster. Unzip your game in a folder in C drive (you can call it c:/DOS Games). Then install both of them, then use DOSBlaster to find your game in your C:/DOS Games, and it will do the rest. Then once it is confirmed installed click it and run the .exe, .bat or .com file to run it. It makes things easy. I could never work out DOSBox on its own!!!

I can't run the program.
It says that:
The version of file is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. .. to see whether you need an x86(32-bit) or x64(64-bit) version of the program, ..
It seemed that the program is 16-bit?

First off, does anyone know where I can find the instructions for typing in orders correctly?
Second, the graphics disappeared, specifically the map. The flags stayed where they were supposed to, but no map. Ultimately this is a tool to help eliminate arguments, but it just looks bad. Can anyone help troubleshoot?
